“ You know, I absolutely love this place, even though I get lost every time I come to Seattle. I have to go on a scavenger hunt every single time I go to Seattle. I love it, and it makes it fun. Then, when I come to this place, its even better. Theres a bartender in this establishment who was the most decent and beautiful person. This is the reason why I love coming to this place. It makes me remember all the good times in Seattle. ”

Canless it aint. But I like places like the Comet. It still has the vibe of years past living in Seattle decades ago. I wouldnt change a thing. ”

I have been going here for years when Im in the area and havent been disappointed yet. If youre looking for a dive bar vibe, the Comet has it. Parking can be tricky, but its available on the street all around the area. ”

From 2013 2019 formerly working as Sensebellum it was such an honor to help light up the neighborhood during the evening performances at the event with 3D projection mapping on the exterior of the tavern. It was always a highlight of the summer to provide creative lighting for such a historic spot and occasion. Thank you again for the excellent team at the Block Party and The Comet Tavern! ”
